A’loha! This Great Taste Award winning, luscious little Hibiscus number, with its sweet floral fruity flavours and peppery hints, leaves your tastebuds with a tangy zest for more. Delicious glazed over fish just near the end of the cook. Or heat some up and pour over a breast of duck. Love your veggies and want to take them up a notch from just steamed? Shallow fry some broccoli tender stems or strips of carrot in a little butter or olive oil then drizzle over some Hawaiian tropics to caramelise and elevate the flavours. Don’t over cook!
