South African Sauce
South African flavours have always played a big part in my love for cooking so naturally I HAD to pay particular homage to the country of my wife’s birth, from whom I learnt so much about their cuisine. The Ambassador is inspired by flavours of various fruits – peaches, apricots & raisins – and the sharpness of apple cider vinegar and lemons. All combined with an array of amazing spices and sweetness. A South African favourite I want to share with the UK. So versatile…..and delicious! A definite must in everyone’s BBQ & kitchen lineup!
